Toyota Center
Stories
"Houston was my very first NIN show ever. I knew immediately when Peel it back was announced that I had to get on the stage rail, no matter how early or how long I had to stand in line, so I got at the Toyota Center at 6:30 in the morning and proudly scored spot #5 in line. This was my first time ever queuing up for a concert like this, and I had never been up on the rail before so I truly had no idea what to expect. Every show I attended last year made me new friends and experiences I am so grateful for, but nothing compares to what happened in Houston. Me and a friend I had met literally that day ran right to the first empty spot we could find and lo and behold when the show started we ended up being right in front of Robin on A-Stage. I absolutely adore seeing him do his thing especially during Reptile. But something I will never forget, is when Trent is on B-Stage performing As Alive as You Need me to Be, I happened to turn around to face the main stage and see who I initially thought was a staff member, then quickly realized it was Robin behind the curtain peeking out at the crowd. I threw a hand heart over the rail in hopes that he would see me and maybe I’d get one back. He actually walked out from under the curtain and came right up to me and grabbed onto my hand! I was completely awestruck, I just froze, and for those few seconds as we just stared at each other, the kindness he showed me was cemented into my mind. I knew there was a reason I ended up right in front of him, right where I belonged.❤️ He walked off and nobody saw it except the security guard directly in front of us, who gave me a smile and thumbs up. I will forever be thankful for Robin Finck for making the best night of my life so much more amazing than I could ever dream."

"9/12/25 was my first ever show in general, me and friends traveled a long way (about 8 or six hours). I first got into nin in late 2024 and got my friend into listening them, my first song that actually got me into them was the perfect drug. I think i fell inlove with them during summer break of 2024, listening to alice and chains and nine inch nails being autoplayed. My favorite song ive heard so far has to be non-entity or somewhat damaged. Nine inch nails has been my lifeline ever since the first listen. I took home a security guard's packet for nine inch nails, so i guess that counts."

"Traveled for both shows on the tour. Houston 1.5 hours, Austin 4 hours. Had to see it a second time. Incredible stage setup and lighting package. Wanted to see the show from a different vantage point in an overall better venue. I first heard NIN in the early 90s, probably MTV or a teen club night. Something off of Pretty Hate Machine. Was hooked ever since. First concert was the With Teeth tour in Houston. Don't know why it took me so long to see them, but that's how it happened lol. This was our 3rd and 4th time to see them."
