Roskilde Festival
Stories
"I found NIN through watching YouTube documentaries about Marilyn Manson in 2022. I remember one of Trent's songs background and it was one of those moments when you freeze frome the first note. 'What the f*ck is this? I need look up this Trent dude...' After that moment NIN have coloured my soul and described every feeling ever felt through it's portrayal of anger, chaos, fear, vulnerability, intimacy and love.
I was happy as a kid on Christmas when reading about the PIB-tour. I never thought I would get the chance to see them. Living in Falkenberg, Sweden, I drive to Roskilde Festival, sae NIN, slept in my car and then drive back hone the day after.
I can't describe the level of excitement and love I felt when seeing them on stage just a few meters away from me (starting to tear up writing this...). The bass crushing my ribs when they did Reptile... I could die happy. Trent has in every way possible been my biggest inspiration in my own music and has even changed my whole perception of music and what it can be. There are no fucking rules. Be true and be authentic and your vibe will attract your tribe.
This made my 2025 and the memory will hopefully be with me for the rest of my life. Thank you for everything Trent."
